I'm an owner of a small private practice. I've had the privilege of working with Joe Carroll and his team for the past two years. He has earned his incredible reputation at working at some of the most well known and successful institutions  in the country , but they have provided my small business the same level of detail, attention, support, guidance and expertise as an academic hospital or large multispecialty practice. Its a rare talent  for a consultant to make you feel like you and your business are their principal priority, but Joe and his team do that with ease and grace. They have totally transformed my business into a well oiled machine without changing our values or company culture. Working with Joe and Carol was a fantastic experience.  Despite the complicated nature of our academic practice, they were able to see through the red tape and identify several areas of improvement.
