More than 20 years ago, Ms. Evans joined Advantage Administration, Inc. as the VP of Revenue Cycle Management with over 30 years of healthcare consulting and management experience. Ms. Evans specializes in “turnaround” management projects and has successfully streamlined the revenue cycle processes in every client she has been assigned, resulting in decreased overhead and increased revenue 100% of the time. Her “roll-up her sleeves” approach results in accelerated revenue cycle change and long lasting implementation.

Ms. Evans has managed a team of consultants who successfully reorganized billing and collections departments resulting in additional client collections of greater than $50 million. Ms. Evans assisted in rescuing multiple practices from bankruptcy by restructuring registration processes, timely and clean claim filing, aggressive follow-up, staff accountability and restructuring staff responsibilities.

Ms. Evans builds long-term relationships with clients and physicians and she excels at working with staff to help them reach their full potential.

Ms. Evans was selected as 1 of 6 American Academy of Ophthalmology national CodeQuest instructors from 2004 – 2010.
