To Whom It May Concern:

I am honored to write a letter of reference for Joe Carroll, President of Advantage Administration. I was given the opportunity to interview for the Practice Administrator role with Westlake Eye Specialists, while Mr. Carroll lead the interview. From the moment of my first impression with Mr. Carroll, he was a very kind-hearted professional that was truly compassionate about patient care and healthcare in general. His vision in healthcare and passion in ophthalmology are apparent and help to create a feeling of trust when working with Mr. Carroll. His honesty and caring personality go a long way in my perspective, and has helped build my relationship with him in such a short period of time. It is refreshing when you get along with your colleagues, and can speak to them about just about any business matter, knowing his experience will come in handy through his vast knowledge base. If there is a situation new to Mr. Carroll, he has a team of professionals that are there to support, and/or he has a great network of professionals that are always quick and eager to lend a helping hand.

After joining the practice, I was new to ophthalmology, so having someone like Mr. Carroll to help lead the way, or to bounce ideas off of, has been tremendously helpful to my success. He is readily available, and organized in his work. His best interests are always with the practice and individuals he is supporting. He has helped to develop methods for improvement and accountability from the top down, but also provides practice leaders with the tools to perform the jobs they were hired to do, and empowers leaders to learn and be challenged. When I reflect back on the past 7 months of my tenure, the practice would not be as successful or prepared for our strategic vision and growth strategy if it wasn’t for Mr. Carroll. He will always play a special role in our practice, and it relieves an Administrator knowing I have such a reliable and professional colleague and consultant as Mr. Carroll.
