I am the clinical manager for Cranford Ophthalmology and recently had the pleasure of having Joe Carroll from Advantage Administration spend time in our clinic with me and my staff and our physicians.  He observed each and everyone of us on our ability and our efficiency of using MDI software as well as how we schedule our patients along with our waiting time. His In-depth clinical experience and working with ophthalmology practices around the country, allowed him to make recommendations that were easy to implement.
